About Thermoreg

The company Thermoreg Products Ltd was founded in 1979 by Denis Smith with an aim to produce high quality low cost fully serviceable Thermostatic control valves.

Thermoreg valves are powered by the expansion of a special thermostatic wax material which is sensitive and expands on rise of temperature with great force.
Standard thermostatic elements are made of Brass and Bronze. Special elements are available for use in seawater, synthetic oil, ammonia etc.

Thermostatic control valves bodies are produced in a various materials, Cast iron, SG Iron, Aluminium, Steel, Stainless Steel, Bronze, LTC Steel, Duplex Steel depending on the customer’s needs.

Depending on size, Thermoreg thermostatic valves contain 1 to 8 thermostatic elements. In the unusual event of an element failure, the remaining elements will still provide control with only a small change in operating temperature.

When necessary replacements of thermostatic elements can easily be carried out and it’s recommended that O-ring seals and housing gaskets are also replaced at this time all of which Thermoreg carries in stock. The thermostatic elements are also interchangeable with some other manufactures types.
Valves are offered to meet customer’s specifications. We will be pleased to offer designs specific to your requirements, in which case it would be necessary to indicate operating conditions, piping diagrams and an indication of quantity.
